This wine was tasted in my favorite wine-bar in Paris. Some friends around the table. And it was the last time for me this year to have a chance to spend time with them. The day after, some will go to United State (if the plane arrived), some will go to other places. So it was really important for us to spend a good time here and share some old stories mixed with new ones.

We chose this Burgundy named: « Bourgogne Aligoté ». It’s a great expression of this « cépage ». I really find the flavour really good, but I a little bit short in the taste. It start with a great and well balanced taste between acidity and alcohols, but after that, a soft bitter taste appears. In the mouth there is no end.

No so bad but in the same style, my favorite is Quartz.

With:

Smoked Ham and some cheeses.
